Does the coil around you generate electricity?
Think of the Bldc motor in the opposite direction, and if you rotate the center magnet, I think it will generate electricity.

It's not possible. The direction of the magnetic force and the direction of the coil do not match. And the internal structure of the BLDC motor is completely different from what you drew.
The coil must be wound as above.
In other words, the coil and the magnetic force must be placed in the direction of linkage to each other to generate electricity.
