I want to drive a 12V DC motor as shown below.
Press No. 1 switch to rotate forward
Stopped by pressing switch 2
Reverse rotation by pressing the No. 3 switch
How to configure this type of switch circuit?
please answer about my question.
Power is a 12v car battery.
Please explain the example of the circuit configuration in relatively detail...
1. The simplest method can be controlled using a 1cip processor (PIC, PALL, etc.)
You can use it only by programming
2. In the case of hardware configuration, there is a disadvantage that more circuits must be added.
In case of only hardware configuration
Configure R-S flip-flop circuit at button input #1, and set TR or ULN2003 to its output Q.
To drive the relay
Make sure that the forward voltage is supplied to this relay contact terminal.
Switch 2 feeds S of the flip-flop circuit to make the output zero.
Switch 3 constitutes the same circuit as Switch 1 and connects the output relay contact terminal.
It can be configured to supply reverse voltage.
Depending on the type or capacity of the motor, the configuration of the driving TR or ULN2003 will have to be changed.
To use the switch for ON-OFF
Connect the power to the top 2PIN using the 3-stage switch 6PIN and turn the switch off at the center 2PIN.
When it is raised, the voltage comes out. Set the voltage so that it rotates forward
On the lower 2PIN, make the connection opposite to the power terminal supplied at the top.
Then, if you lower the switch to the bottom, the power of the opposite polarity from the top will come out.
In other words, the polarity of the power is changed when the switch is turned on and off at the center terminal 2PIN.
You can get the output
When the switch is in the center position, there is no output, so it is stopped.
